What You Will Do
- Partner with customer engineering and procurement teams to guide product selection decisions during development cycles
- Drive collaboration between customers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technical, operational, and commercial requirements
- Build, manage, and grow a robust opportunity pipeline across existing and new accounts
- Lead commercial and technical discussions including RFQs, product customization, and solution positioning
- Provide clear and engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers
- Gather and maintain accurate customer forecasts to support demand planning and supply alignment
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities
- Proactively identify risks and challenges, and work with internal teams to resolve them effectively
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication Engineering (or related field)
- 8-10 years of experience in technical sales or field application engineering
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build effective working relationships
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

- Experience in interconnect solutions, cable assemblies, or electromechanical products
- Background in B2B technical sales environments
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market and customer data
